She’s a seasoned consultant, speaker, and trainer who’s lived the highs and lows of HR leadership across government, oil & gas, and healthcare. Jen doesn’t shy away from the hard stuff—burnout, boundaries, and the mental health minefield HR folks walk every day. She’s also navigating ADHD and perimenopause while running her own business, and isn’t afraid to talk about it.
